Crews, invites and shared maps
A crew is a private group, like family or a hunting club, that shares hunts, bucks, photos, videos and maps.
- On iPhone, open Profile, tap ☰, and find your crews; make a new one there.
- Open your crew and tap Invite people. Invite a username, or share the invite code or link by text. People already on Borrowed Tine get an invite to Accept.
- Someone with a code taps Have an invite code? (in the crews list) and types it in. A link opens the app with the code filled in.
- In the crew's settings, switch on Shared maps for a property so everyone sees the same cameras, stands and pins. Anyone can add pins; only the crew's owner can change or delete someone else's.
- Share all my bucks (on by default) shares your bucks with the crew; switch it off to pick bucks one by one. Share my photos and videos with this crew controls whether files go.
Tips:
- Sending photos, clips and videos to a crew needs Pro (Free crews get alerts and words). Free includes 1 crew; Pro is unlimited.
- Crew owners can turn on a stand schedule ("Simple: reserve a stand" or "Hunting club, with rules") and let others follow the crew.
- A crewmate who tags a shared buck marks him Harvested and gets the credit; the crew owner can correct it.
- If a crewmate doesn't see your hunt: check the crew's Share sits (Tell) switch was on when you started, that they accepted the invite, and that both apps are up to date.
