Property lines and owners

Property lines and parcel owners come from county records through Regrid. They're approximate and not a survey: always confirm boundaries and get permission before you hunt.

On Pro + Lines or All Access:

  1. On the Map, tap Lines. Zoom in to see parcel lines.
  2. Touch a parcel to see its owner (and acres when the county record has them).
  3. Tap Full details for the address, parcel number and county. Each new parcel you look up uses one of your 15 lookups a month (3 during the free trial). Parcels you've looked up stay saved and are free to reopen.
  4. Tap Use as …'s property line to make that parcel your property's line.

On Free and Pro: the tool reads Owner. You get 1 owner lookup a month: tap Owner, put the + on the land and tap Who owns this?. After that, the upgrade screen offers Pro + Lines.

Public land (state and federal) is a free layer under Layers, in every state.
